Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by HandyCrew Compton Landscaping, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.
Services Provided
HandyCrew Compton Landscaping provides professional landscaping services including lawn care, landscape design, hardscaping, irrigation systems, tree care, and related outdoor maintenance services. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Service quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are subject to change without notice. We will provide you with a detailed quote before beginning any work. Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing.
We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. A deposit may be required for larger projects. Late payments may be subject to interest charges of 1.5% per month or the maximum allowed by law, whichever is less.
Scheduling and Cancellations
We will make every effort to complete services on the scheduled date. However, weather conditions and unforeseen circumstances may require rescheduling. We will notify you as soon as possible if changes are necessary.
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Property Access and Liability
You agree to provide clear access to the work areas and to notify us of any underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other hidden features that may affect our work. We will take reasonable care to avoid damage, but we are not responsible for damage to unmarked or undisclosed features.
HandyCrew Compton Landscaping carries appropriate insurance coverage. We are not liable for damage to property resulting from acts of nature, pre-existing conditions, or issues beyond our control.
Warranties and Guarantees
We stand behind the quality of our work. Plant materials typically come with a 30-day guarantee, provided you follow our care instructions. Hardscaping and installation work is guaranteed for one year against defects in workmanship.
These warranties do not cover damage caused by neglect, improper maintenance, extreme weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
Dispute Resolution
If you have any concerns about our services, please contact us immediately so we can address the issue. We are committed to customer satisfaction and will work with you to resolve any problems.
Any disputes that cannot be resolved through direct communication will be subject to binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, California, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Limitation of Liability
HandyCrew Compton Landscaping's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
